I finally retired from the military and I find myself with much time on my hands. I am 45 and I always wanted to learn to play the piano. My wife bought me a Baby Grand when I was away during the war and now to my surprise I would like to get started.
Question is, where do I start? Is it recommended that I start on line buying some course or so I find a private instructor? I see this 20 cd instruction course, is it worth it?
Any advice?????

Hi, UB--
First of all, welcome to the world of Piano! I know you will have a great time!
We offer absolutely free piano lessons on our site. You can access them by going to:
Absolutely Free Piano Lessons
Of course, a private instructor would be very helpful. Maybe you can get a bit of background learning from our free lessons and then you will be more prepared to study with a private instructor.
