I was wondering what the differences were between a sound percussion 5 piece kit and a sound percussion Pro 5 piece kit ?
ANSWER

* 12" x 9" rack tom
* 13" x 10" rack tom

* 14" x 5-1/2" snare drum
* 8-ply basswood shells
* 45-degree bearing edge
* Chrome rims and lugs

Sound Percussion 5-Piece Drum Set
# Drum sizes:
# 22" x 16" kick drum
# 12" x 9" and 13" x 10" toms
# 16" x 16" floor tom
# 14" x 5-1/2" matching snare
Hardware included:
# Hi-hat stand
# Snare stand
# Kick pedal
# Straight cymbal stand
So it appears that the main difference is in the quality of the hardware--the pro set has double braced stands and a better BD pedal.
