Replacing P-90s with Humbuckers

Can you put a humbucker in a guitar that has P-90s?

The problem is that humbuckers are larger than P 90's, so you would have to take a router to your guitar.

I would definitely advise against this because unless you are extremely expert, you could easily damage the guitar. In addition, such an alteration will greatly diminish the resale value of the guitar.
