Natural and Sharp Symbols on Same Note

What does it mean when the Natural and sharp symbols are for one note?

ANSWER

When a note has been a double sharp or double flat and the composer wishes to notate that note with a single sharp or flat, a natural sign is written before the single sharp or flat symbol.
