muting notes

Hi! I'm a beginner. I have no idea that how can I play these muting notes on my guitar. I saw a lot of techniques in YouTube but none of them helped me because at the same time there is a note which isn't muting.

Hi Jessica. I don't know what you mean by the notes aren't muting. I'm pretty sure you're supposed to put the right side of your palm above the saddle of your guitar (Don't push hard on it, just rest it on there) and all the notes would be muted. If it's not, you might be pushing too hard on your bridge.
