How to Set the Key on Guitar Tuner--cherub WST 650c

i have this guitar tuner..cherub WST 650c..http://www.musiclo.com/Cherub-WST-650C-Back-lit-LCD-Chromatic-Tuner-clip-on_p_81.html..it hve 2 button..one to set the pitch and other to set the key..the problem is..i dont know what key to set for standard tuning..when i set it too A,my tuning sound low..and when i set it to C,it become kinda high..this is not bout the eadgbe..i know these r the notes for standard tuning..but bfore tuning the guitar to these notes,i need to set the key for the guitar tuner..thats my problem..thanks for anyone that help.. :)

I have the same problem :( after spending a few hours on the phone and net i finally came up with a solution :) remove battery smash the tuner with a hammer and buy a decent one :) i'm over crap like this total waste of money.

It should be set to 410 kHz an the key to C#.

Then you should be able to tune the strings correctly. ;)
