How do you adjust the bow out of the neck on a gibson dove, 1989 vintage,the action isn't what it used to be.

The neck can be adjusted by using the truss rod. Due to the age and value of this guitar, I would highly recommend that you take it to a qualified repair person rather than doing it yourself.

These older guitars can be rather delicate and you don't want to damage it.
