Gretsch 1980s tom bracket

Hi I’m installing a c.1980s Gretsch tom bracket to my drum. I know that Gretsch factory fitted these quite high up on drum. I’m aware that the space between the screws is 2 1/2 inches, but does anybody know what the measurement is between the top bearing edge and the centre of the top screw hole of the bracket? Is the hole uniform with the top hole of the lugs?
