Does A new Snare come with a hinge?

I am buying a new marching snare. I already have a harness but I need a new hinge for it to put onto my drum. will that come with my new drum or will I have to get that hinge separately?

If i i have to get it separately, where do I go to order it?

You might want to go to where you purchased the drum and find out if the hinge comes with it. Some drums have them, some don't.

If you need to buy one, you could either have your local music store order one or check at online stores like Musician's Friend.com.
