Am I Too Old To Learn Piano?

Hello. I am 17 years old and just starting to learn how to play piano on a keyboard. I have seen on multiple sites online that it is too late for me to learn how to play piano. It is not my intention to learn how to play classical piano music. I would like to learn how to play pop/rock piano music. Is it too late for me to learn how to play the piano?

ANSWER Hi Nathan--

Definitely NOT! You are never to old to learn to play piano or any other instrument. As a teacher I have had very successful students ranging in age from 3 to 85! Just keep learning and keep enjoying your musical journey. I promise that you will never be sorry you began.
